About the role

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for driving new and existing business with customers and partners. This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communications and organizational skills that is eager to succeed and become part of a rapidly growing Startup.


What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals through self-generated leads

  • Conduct sales presentations and builds relationships with key decision makers to align Stllr in the global marketplace

  • Identify new leads through strategic outbound prospecting methods including cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and daily activity needed to generate new accounts

  • Manage CRM to track, monitor and forecast sales opportunities, deals in progress and conversions

  • Innovate with a lead scoring system based on our existing startups and company profiling to tag high potentials

  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and outbound experiments

  • Coordinate with account management on client success and onboarding

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.

  • Present sales, revenue and Experts expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.


Who you are

  • At least 4+ Years experience in sales

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies from plan to close

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive or HubSpot)

  • Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills with ability to juggle multiple negotiations at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English)

  • Previous experience with GCC region or lived their previously

  • Familiar with ICT industry and tech-savvy
