About the role
Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for driving new and existing business with customers and partners. This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communications and organizational skills that is eager to succeed and become part of a rapidly growing Startup.
What you’ll be doing
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals through self-generated leads
Conduct sales presentations and builds relationships with key decision makers to align Stllr in the global marketplace
Identify new leads through strategic outbound prospecting methods including cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and daily activity needed to generate new accounts
Manage CRM to track, monitor and forecast sales opportunities, deals in progress and conversions
Innovate with a lead scoring system based on our existing startups and company profiling to tag high potentials
Coordinate with marketing on lead generation and outbound experiments
Coordinate with account management on client success and onboarding
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
Present sales, revenue and Experts expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Who you are
At least 4+ Years experience in sales
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies from plan to close
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive or HubSpot)
Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills with ability to juggle multiple negotiations at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Arabic and English)
Previous experience with GCC region or lived their previously
Familiar with ICT industry and tech-savvy
